Heidi Rimstad

My Story

I embrace a variety of roles that allow me to show up fully in service to others:

  • Mental health clinician
  • Master Reiki practitioner
  • End of Life Doula
  • Reflective and Light Debriefing Consultant
  • Universal Life Interfaith Minister
These are the ways I use who I am to show up in the world.

Who I am is authentically imperfect, open minded, intuitive, humorous, kind, empathic, genuine, and a creative problem solver. I value and care about being of service to others in their journey to a fulfilled life and honoring challenges within. I believe that all humans have the capacity to ignite their own innate ability to heal, and understand that sometimes we just need someone to walk with us through that process.

My overarching purpose on this earth is to help you connect to your inner light, and integrate insight into your being & daily functions so you can shine the light that is within you. Your light from within is unique and needed in this world.

Universal Life
Interfaith Minister

As an interfaith minister, I serve as a spiritual guide to provide support and officiate ceremonies for individuals of all faiths, including those with no religious affiliation. This is done by creating personalized rituals that respect and incorporate diverse beliefs and practices, often focusing on shared spiritual values rather than specific doctrines; they are essentially a bridge between different religions, promoting understanding and inclusivity.

I am available to provide services for marriages, baptisms, end of life celebration or service, cleansings and blessings. Contact me if you are interested in these services.

Nature showing us love

"Learn to get in touch with the silence within yourself, and know that everything in life has purpose. There are no mistakes, no coincidences, all events are blessings given to us to learn from."
