# Terms and Conditions

**1. General Information**

- The services provided, including Reiki and End-of-Life Doula support, are intended for personal well-being and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
- By using this website and booking services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

**2. Services & Payment**

- All services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
- Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of booking.
- Pricing is subject to change, but clients will be notified in advance.

**3. Cancellation & Refund Policy**

- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least **24 hours in advance** to receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.
- Cancellations within **less than 24 hours** may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the session fee.
- No-shows will not be refunded.

**4. Confidentiality & Privacy**

- All client information is treated with strict confidentiality.

**5. Liability Disclaimer**

- Reiki and End-of-Life Doula services are complementary wellness practices and do not replace medical treatment.
- The practitioner is not responsible for any decisions clients make based on these services.
- Clients assume full responsibility for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after sessions.
