It’s Not Personal…Um, Yes and No.

Heidi Rimstad and the monkeys_469x441Welcome! I'm so glad you're here, whether you're curious about the services I provide or just about me in general.

This website—and the decision to "put myself out there"—has been a long time coming. (I had a domain for three years before I actually used it, but that’s beside the point.) The important thing is—I’m here now!

For some, this kind of thing isn’t a big deal. I’ve been coached, guided, and advised that the work I do shouldn’t be “personal.” That marketing myself is just business. That I should put out content, watch trends, and build a professional identity.

But much like the services I provide, my heart, soul, knowledge, and education go into everything I do. So actually, it is personal.

If I post, share, create, or promote something, it comes from a genuine place—my experiences, my values, my heart, and my personality. It comes from a deep desire to show up as my true self, not as what others need me to be (no offense). It also comes from a humbled place—one of continuous self-work. Not just recognizing the areas I need to grow in, but actively working through them instead of bypassing them.

That said, one thing I’m constantly reminded of is this: another person’s reaction to or feelings about me are not personal. While I hope you enjoy my content and time with me, I also honor and respect your right to invest your energy in what truly resonates with you.

So, whether you’re here for a moment or you stick around for the journey, I appreciate you. I hope what I share resonates, but more importantly, I hope you always choose what feels right for you. Thanks for being here!
